Nikki’s experience within Sales and Marketing spans 25 years both in the UK and Australia. Over 17 years of that has been within the Credit industry selling a range of professional service solutions into most key industry sectors, with particular expertise in Government, Essential Services, Banking & Finance and Commercial.

With a love of connecting with people and building strong relationships, Nikki has always been naturally drawn to sales and client management. She also loves connecting through the written word, bringing her natural flair for creative and expressive writing into the professional arena with copywriting and tender writing expertise.

Throughout her career she has progressed through several key management roles including Sales Director of a global leading provider of Business Process and Customer Outsourcing solutions. Here she was responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing strategy, managing the national sales team & developing client relationships across the entire Australian arm of the business.

Since 2018, she has been consulting; managing long term sales management outsourcing, marketing and copywriting projects in the credit and training industries.

Qualifications: Completion of Marketing Concepts, Completion of Marketing Selling Processes, Associate Diploma of Electronics. Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management.

Spiro’s experience within Sales and Marketing spans over 18 years across several industry sectors. Over 13 years of that has been within the Credit industry. Originally starting in technology and repairs, Spiro began the transition into sales and marketing and up to sales management.

Growing up in a typical Greek family in country Victoria, behind the counter of the local Fish n Chip shop and managing the family video store from a young age, Spiro was destined to have a career in sales and marketing. Building relationships and clientele for the family businesses provided a solid foundation on which to develop his loves of dealing with people and business growth.

Fast forward 30+ years and Spiro is continuing to utilise the same skill set to assist business to thrive and grow. Moving into the credit industry in 2007, Spiro was responsible for territory management across 3 states including building a presence for a brand-new interstate office for a national company.

Spiro’s experience in credit has ranged across several leading collections agencies in Business Development, Key Account Management, Regional Management and Consulting roles. With experience across most industry sectors, he has specialist knowledge in Education, Health, Water, Commercial and Local Government.
